Business Objective: 

This series of one-pagers was developed to provide board members and senior leaders with a birds-eye view of each of the 18 health centers within PPIL's system. Each summary details the operational model by category and each specific clinic location’s financial performance, demographic mix, and community impacts couched within broader strategic plan pillars. The pages were affixed to a large wall-sized map according to the clinics' geographic locations for a board meeting exercise.
