Business Objective: 

This exercise was developed in Fall 2023 as part of the strategic planning process for FY25-FY27. In the exercise, board members and senior leaders selected from a series of possible future strategic directions for the organization to take, each of which had varying levels of impact toward the organization’s three main mission pillars encoded with a system of symbols. Results from the in-person and virtual working groups were then compiled, analyzed, and ranked to inform recommendations.
